If you experience the app taking a long time to generate a route, followed by the below error message, it likely means that you haven't downloaded the maps for your destination region, or the regions between your start and end point.
Ensure you have downloaded the maps for the relevant areas from the app menu, and try again. See our article on
downloading maps for more details.
